There is a possibility that the total number unit in Block 4 of Arbor Lanes might exceed to 200 units. This building will be named “Jade” and just like Arbor Lanes Block 2 (Pine) and Arbor Lanes Block 3 (Fern), both end users and investors can opt choose units with either views of the Pool Amenity Spine or the Garden Amenity Spine. It is also closest to the future Arca Main Street, Arca South’s version of Bonifacio Global City’s (BGC) Bonifacio High Street – a kilometer stretch of pedestrian friendly lanes of shops, restaurants and events venue.

Arbor Lanes New Inventory

Ayala Land Premier, Ayala Land’s luxury real estate brand, will be launching a new of Arbor Lanes at Arca South and it might be before the end of the second quarter of 2018. This will be the second to the last tower of Arbor Lanes.

Though it is not yet official. The sporigu could be a mirror image of Arbor Lanes Block 3 which will include corner units overlooking the Arca Main Street – Arca South’s version of Bonifacio Global City’s Bonifacio High Street. Investors and future Ayala Land Premier homeowners will still have the option to choose units either overlooking the Garden Amenity Spine or the Pool Amenity Spine.

So how much will the units be? Well the base price will depend on Block 3’s current selling price but a little higher. With the current development ongoing in Arca South, the price per sqm. for Arbor Lanes the newcould skyrocket up to P250,000 per sqm on the day of the public launch.

Just like any recent Ayala Land Premier condo that we are offering, there will be no studio units, only 1 bedrooms and up. Classic units will be available which are flats. It will still include the very popular bi-level units like the Canopy Suites and Garden Villas with its very own huge private gardens. Very limited luxurious Canopy Pool Villas will also be included in Block 4. Average unit entry level details you need to know:
